But, hold on for a moment. Before you sign any paperworks or part with your hard-earned money for the down payment, you have to consider a few matters regarding the home you are buying. After all, purchasing the house will be one of the most expensive financial investments that you are going to make in your life. This is one decision that you could not afford to be a wrong one.

People tend to let their feelings determine their decision-making in terms of house purchase. They ignore glaring issues that should have been addressed right at the start.
